I had an issue with the client that, they just were listening to me and this is not the market to be pull in a shots and calling the shots in telling your realtor what to do. The realtor is a professional they know what's happening, they know what the price should be in your property. My job is to get the best possible price for you in this market. I'm not a miracle worker. I'm not gonna get you a hundred thousand dollars over what it's worth in this market. There's no chance I could do that. I wish I could do that if I could I'll be selling my own place but the thing is I'm just there to get the best possible price in this market for you in the most professional way. I'm not there to prove a point to your family that you are a smart investor, to tell your dad you know so much about business. No no no no I'm there to get the best possible price for your property in this market and if you don't trust your realtor find a new one and if you think you know more about real estate then your realtor become a realtor.
