Ian Watt: Hi good morning! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. I'm actually just heading into the Downtown core. Had to get some documents signed up outside of the Downtown area. Now I wanted to talk to you today about Macbulk. Macbulk is on his releasing their last I believe it's 375 units that are unsold and on its developer in Vancouver if you don't know. And Mac marketing solutions is trying to unload all this at one shot and they're doing a great job of getting exposure. You can go to Macbulk.com if you want to know more about it but anyways like my point is. It's  agreat time for first time buyers to get in buy something on a discounted prices in a brand new property and it is a lso a great time because of the mortgage rates. B ut what I wanted to mention is the most exciting and best thing about this Macbulk for me is that it shows you out of the 375 units I'm sure. I'm pretty confident that is the number out of those unsold developer units  that they're discounting slashing the prices on. None of them are in Downtown Vancouver. All of them are in the suburb which goes to show you that every time you turn on the news an dit shows you all this garbage about the market being this and the market being that and all this developers having unsold units and that can get rid off. That none of them are in Downtown Vancouver. So if you have an investor that wants to buy out in the suburbs. Go ahead that's great, fantastic prices, fantastic properties but it goes to show when the market turns and it corrects a little. Downtown Vancouver is the last one to be hit. My name is Ian Watt.
