Ian Watt: Hi good morning! It's Ian watt in Downtown Vancouver. We have a bad situation today or a bit of a challenge I should say. We have a guy who foreclosed upon residing in a property he no longer owns. The new owners of the property they trying to get in there. However, they don't have keys for one thing and the guys is still living there. So we have to apply to the court right now to get a bail of a calm down and physically remove him, the contents of his household put them on the sidewalk or the curver whatever. But it's so unfortunate because I feel bad for the guy going the situation but he's not the owner of the property anymore he has to leave. So this is going to get a little bit ugly but unfortunately this is what we gonna do. Doesn't always happen this foreclosures but it's happening like this today and unfortunately the old owner doesn't have any legs to stand upon in this situation. I'll keep you updated, I won't video blog the actual actions but it's a difficult situation. My name is Ian watt. If you want to discuss foreclosures. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
