Plumbing - I own a Concord Pacific built condo at the Icon 2, and i don’t know how she did it but the cleaning lady was cleaning the guest bathroom and she snapped off the bath / shower switch – see the photo below. It took me a few days on Google and a lot of phone calls but i finally tracked down the plumbing supplier for Concord properties, Cascade Plumbing. Along with a photograph of the part, I emailed Cynthia from Cascade and she assured me a part was on its way. Within 72 hours I had the part mailed to our Macdonald Downtown office and I replaced it myself. Cascade Plumbing never even charged me for the piece. Great service!
