Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it's Ian Watt. I'm on the balcony on the 24th floor of the Brava at 1155 Seymour and right below there's a park. It's called Emery Barnes Park and that's on the corner Davie and Seymour> one thing a lot people don't know is that across from the park here this area right down here. This old building they're going to be torn down and this is also gonna be made a park as well and it's gonna be double up right here. It's gonna be quite interesting. If you'd like to know more you can go and visit the cityofvancouver.ca and check out their propose parks that one is approve but they're still waiting for I guess a few more tax dollars to come in.
