Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Right now I'm in the 501 which is at 501 Pacific on the corner of Richards and Pacific and the 501 built in the 1999 has had an obstructed views of English Bay for a long long time and everyone is worried about what's going to be the development right next door. Where's there an application in with city and you can just click on pdf below the link below here and found out a little bit more on my ianwatt.ca website. But what it's gonna be right here where the garden is and then through all this buildings right down here. It's gonna be a low ridse in this area right here and a high rise half way down the block and it's going to tower up a quite. So it's not going to impede the wonderful English Bay views maybe a part of the city will be blocked. But over all it's gonna be great for the yer just because this old tired buildings.
