Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt here. I've been talking with client and she's wondering why here property is not selling and of course the property is not selling would be the price or it could there's a quite inventory out there. Now you got to do a search and look at the numbers if there are 70 places for sale that are pretty much comparable to your unit why would you sell this week? If your only gonna see two or three sales in comparable product this week. Why this gonna be yours, now you have to really look at your property. Look at it through the eyes of your realtor, look at it through the eyes of your a purchasers as well and if you don't see a huge rates of wide to buy your place on top of buying houses well it could be the price then. There's gonna be something that scream buy me. In this market when there's a lot of inventory out there and people are still buying and selling.
