Ian Watt: Hi good evening! It’s Ian Watt to Downtown Vancouver. Right now I'm driving along Georgia Street it's almost 7:30 in the evening just heading to Yaletown park to do a showing and hopefully it's subject removal. Now every first Tuesday of the month it usually the first Monday of the month but now it changes to Tuesday cause the Monday day is football. Ubertor and Reachd host this thing called the MeetUp and it's a fantastic organize group. They get together, it's a I guess there's about a 50 or 60 people that come up and every time they have this. They have a different speaker, it's free and you go there and you could learn so much about what's going on in real estate. Sometimes they have the tekki experts speaking, sometimes they ahve other realtor speakings, sometimes Steve Jagger is up there speaking and its very interesting because you can learn so much and it's fantastic for not working with other realtors. Especially ones you don't work in your areas, good to get in alliance going. So I recommend the next one on October 8 and it's gonna be the first Tuesday of the month. I recommend that you go to it.
