Ian Watt: Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. I'm actually in Yaletown right now. Heading back to the office after an open house. And I took a listing the other day and I had a heart to heart talk with my client. And if your listing your place you should really think about what your realtor says in regards to getting a cleaned up. And I know that your son and I know that is a photo in 20 years ago you just don't want to get rid off but when someone walks in to a nice two bedroom apartment and all their doing is looking at your son's mollic from 1984. You got a problem because personal items like that are huge distraction. For the property for the product that was selling and keep in mind that the day that you list your property that is not longer your home. That is a commodity that is a product that we are selling. And we have to make it pleasant enough and neutral enough that everyone can appreciate what it is about the property but if you have this terrible photos from your children from 20 years ago. You know what clean them out take all the personal things and make it so neutral that nobody can tell who or what kind of person lives in that place. My name is Ian Wat. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
