Ian Watt: Hi good morning! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. If you like most people hiring the best is usually the first thought you have and then you make compromises but I tell you what the day that you find out you have cancer. That's the day you want the best. The day that you realize that your being audited because you did your taxes for ten years by yourself and you own a million dollars. That's the day you hire the best. Now the day that you are so stupid that you are drinking and driving you run over somebody that's the day you find the best lawyer in town. Now that the market is changed a bit I don't know why anybody would look with their local market and hire the best realtor out there and that's the thing. The difference between hiring a regular realtor and the best realtor in that area is probably ten times everything. This probably ten times more listings on their website. There's probably ten times more people visiting that website. Any probably or she probably has ten times more past clients to call as well. So if your thinking of selling your place. Don't hire your second or third cousin permission that have no idea about market place that your selling in hire the best and there's a reason why they're the best is because they work harder, they work smarter and they probably work more hours as well.
