Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. In most situations when it comes to court order sale. The offer will come in I will present it to my lawyer whose hired me he probably represents the people who are stif for the money. He'll take it to them then negotiate the price. It will get to a point where everyone is happy. At that point it says a court date. When it says a court day. It's probably a few weeks after and anyone who's involve can go, at that point the seller or the person who defaulted I should say. Has the opportunity to redeem his mortgage. He can step up to the plate and say you know what I got my money here we go I wanna pay it off or in the other situation anyone else can submit offer at that time so you never know until the last minute who is going to get the court ordered sale property. My name is Ian Watt. If you want to learn more about court ordered sales. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
