Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. It's very interesting people always say how can kids grow up in Yaletown they don't have their yard, they have you know no where to play. Well you know what there are so many kids in Yaletown these days. There so many kids left off the waiting list for this elementary school the public school in Yaletown. The one thing though I always counter with when people say how can kids grow up in their urban environment. Well I always say whether there's a lot of parks everybody walks, there's swimming pool, there's gym's, there's a round house community center. But ask, ask yourself this question. How can so many suburban kids be so fat? If they have yards to play in. You go Downtown you look at all the kids Downtown there are no obese kids at all and that's because of the lifestyle Downtown. They always walking, they always doing an activities they're not coupe down a little one thousand square foot two bedroom unit. They're out doing things instead of sitting around in wreck room eating pizza and playing video games. So next time you criticize the kids Downtown look at your own kids see how big they are. My name is Ian Watt. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
