We have been selling 1810 - 1050 Burrard which is the Wall Centre it's
a court order sale. And we have been waiting for one that there to go
subject free get a subject free offer that we can submit it to the
court. Now it's not firm until court approves it. So we have a court
date set for January 12, 2009. It's the first time that I think I've
said that January 12, 2009 at 9:45am in court room 32. So if your
interested in this property you can bring sealed bid if you want and
see what you can do about that. Maybe you can outbid everyone but 9:45
