Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Just heading from my Sutton office into the Downtown core. Now I'm speaking to the client the other day and this is one big factor. In why people love living Downtown and the big factor is safety. Safety when your walking around Downtown there's just a sense of security because there are so many people around. When you walk out at night 10:00 o'clock your coming home from yoga there's tons of people in the streets. Now if your in I hate to stereotype but in Surrey for example and your walking down a few blocks to your house your in residential side street. No ones gonna hear you or know if you are being attack or being thump by a car or hit and run and drive away. But in Downtown Vancouver people are always around. So there's just certain safety factor a psychological thing maybe. But nonetheless it is huge and that's why a lot of people love living Downtown Vancouver. My name is Ina Watt.
