Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon. It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. If you just bought a place or you just sold your place things to keep in mind every building is a little different. However, most buildings in Downtown Vancouver will have a move-in or move-out fee. Chances are it's going to be at least $100 dollars to $200 dollars and what happens is, it's in the by laws of the building or it's in the strata rules. Have a look because you might end up spending an extra $400 dollars for your move-in and move-out of one building to the other, so keep that in mind next time you're moving in make sure you have a little bit extra cash. Because it's not cheap to move in Downtown Vancouver. My name is Ian Watt. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
