You Can't Use The Market As an Excuse Why Your Vancouver Condo Isn't Selling

Ian Watt video blogs about how there is so much data out there regarding Vancouver Condo sales so if your Vancouver condo is not selling it could very well be the price. If you want to oice your opinion or if you don't care for Ian's comments please email your feedback to ianwatt@ianwatt.ca and visit http://www.ianwatt.ca/RealEstateVideos for all the Ian Watt Real Estate Video Blogs.

Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon. It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. A lot of people for a long time had been blaming the market why their property hadn't sold. And the funny thing is, they could say that because nothing was moving for a while there especially last September of 2008 to January 2009. Yeah things weren't moving so they could say " Oh the market, the market." Well now the market had picked up and things are selling again it seems like it's back to normal market again. Which is fantastic. So if you're property is not selling its not because the market it could be lots of reasons but most likely its because of the price. You got to look, before we had no comparables but now we have comparables and if you're still listing it higher prices then what the past sales have been in the last 2 months you got a problem. My name is Ian Watt. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have great day!
