Ian Watt Doesn't Give Feedback After Every Single Showing, Unless Asked

Ian Watt : Hi Good Afternoon. Its Ian Watt in Downtown, Vancouver. I got an email today from a guy, who I guess has his place for sale with another realtor. And I guess, there's some communication problem regarding feedbacks on showings. Now I guess, he was wondering, he asked me to blog about this and I guess, I'll tell you waht i do. I'd probably do about 10 showings a day on average. And when I do those 10 showings, I don't call my client back after every single showing. Because if I were doing that, I would have no time to sell the property. However, if my clients text me, phone me or email me, and they want feedback, I would definitely give it back to them within the couple hours,whenever I can. But generally, I'm not gonna contact my client after every single showing. Its just, its a huge time waster. And if I haven't spoken to my client in a week, certainly, I will contact them and let them know whats going on. But I definitely, definitely don't contatc my clients after every single showing. Making 10 phonecalls a day, a whole bunch of missed calls and then 10 voicemails and 10 callbacks. Its a huge waste of time. So if there's huge feedbacks or something I need to talk about, I'll contact you and vice versa. And that's the fantastic way that I run my business. It might not be the perfect way for every single client or realtor but it works for me and works for my client. My name's Ian Watt.
