Showing Our Foreclosure Took Almost 2 Hours with Over 40 Buyers

Ian Watt : Hi Good Afternoon, Its Ian Watt in Downtown, Vancouver. We Have just got from a foreclosure showing. It was a little bit ridiculous this evening. We were there 5:30. We had some trouble with the owner. The bailiffs were there. 4o people showed up after that. And then what happened , the cops were called. CBC News were called. It was bit of a gone show. We got everyone through. Party's five. Party's five. Everybody was so patient while the police defuse the situation. So that was fantastic! The police were incredibly efficient eventhough it took like 4o minutes. And the, the bailiffs were all superb. Awesome! Everyone's got through. No one got the cuffs. The excitement kinda died down. Everyone can see the property. And that's all were there to do, just get everyone through. Hopefully; we'll get a few offers. They get presented to the lender. They sign off of it, on off on it. It would go off to the courts and hopefully we'll get a court approval. I don't know when that would be. Keep watching my videoblogs cause when we get a court day, I would definitely blog about it.
