Ian Watt : Hi Good Afternoon, it's Ian Watt in Downtown, Vancouver. Just coming from Gastowns at the new Woodwards development. I was up on the 24th floor looking at my clients new property and I see properties all the time, but I'm not kidding. It was spectacular! I was blown away, I am blown away. I'm blown away by the finish, the craftsmanship, the, the views unbelievable! Looking across the harbour at the north shores just fantastic! The bathrooms are really really nice. The appliances were spectacular and the counter was, it was like nothing I've ever seen in the manufactured property like the condo top to bottom. It looks like a custom job. It was really really great. I don't know what's gonna happen with the pricing, with the pricing will settle but as far as the building is concern, the view and the finish. Fantastic! You should check it out. Even if you're not going to buy in the Gastown area we have the look because they are sexy! My name's Ian Watt.
