Ian Watt: Hi Good Morning, It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. I just came from one of the most spectacular listings in Kitsilano looks across kits peach over to the Downtown core the West End. It is spectacular! It's not my listing but I I just love it so much I gotta tell you about it. It is completely concrete, there's only four units in the entire building and it is A Class spectacular.
