Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, its Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Well we originally said we were going to do the CondoGo concept in Downtown Vancouver. But I think were gonna changed it up because we've had so many inquiries from people and I hate to say it. We've lost a few opportunities because some people just weren't willing to pay the premium prices for Ian Watt. Now, the CondoGo system because its a bit of a discounted price of 25 to 43 percent off my regular cost it does attract a certain demographic of people. It doesn't matter where you are in Greater Vancouver that demographic is there. So, were opening up to every possible place in the Lower Mainland, were opening it up to Downtown Vancouver. Including Yaletown, Downtown, the West End, Coal Harbour and of course Gastown.
