Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, its Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. What I've noticed over a last couple of years is that there 2 types of realtors. Especially in North America or Downtown Vancouver in particular. There are realtors with a web presence and those without. Now all the ones without a web presence probably will tell you that web presence is probably not that important. But everybody searches for everything on line and there's only 10 spots in when you google any specific niche and that's whats gonna happen. We're gonna change our real estate practice from the generalist who are gonna be left behind to very specialist. And the specialist are defined by google and if your looking for a realtor keep in mind where all the buyers are looking for. How properties get sold, it's via the internet. So when you are looking for a listing realtor make sure you google specific terms that suit your property. Yaletown condo over sale, Vancouver penthouse see who pops up in the rankings.
