Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, it's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. I have a townhouses for sale and one of the townhouse windows is fogging up when the seals is broken in that window. And of course if it is a strata you should check with your strata first for permission to do this but what I did I suggested that they had somebody come and reseal and suck out that window and then they re-seal it and its good as new all that fogging in between is gone. And that's what they did it looks fantastic now and they're guaranteed for life. Got to call this guy and I got a I cannot remember the email or the website its bctwr.com thermo window restoration. Make sure you call that guy who's fantastic came in did real quick he had it done within a half hour and were on our way again. So make sure if you're going to sell your place and it has a fog up window check your strata first but make sure you take care of it if you can. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions. You could always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
