Ian Watt: Hi Good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown
Tokyo. Yes I'm in Tokyo visiting the kids for a couple of days, hanging
out for father's day! And yes I am keeping track on my business
virtually. Making sure that everything runs smoothly. Got a get you a
weekly update right now for Downtown Vancouver condos. There are 139
new listings, there were 89 price reductions. Going to show you price
is still the number one thing and 60 sales. But the best thing about
whats going on in Downtown Vancouver right now is that we have 1,766
present active listings. And four weeks straight, we've have been in
the seventeen hundreds which means the active count has sold out for
four weeks straight and its not growing which is great news for all the
sellers in Downtown Vancouver. And so far we've had 1,358 sales in the
