Ian Watt: Hi Good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Great to be back after my world tour. Went from Vancouver, went to the Philippines, went to Tokyo, went to Vancouver, went from Vancouver, went to Toronto, went to New Brunswick, went to Montreal, and back to Vancouver. There were I think eight planes in twelve days. Little bit crazy, little bit tired but I slept from seven to seven last night and I feel fantastic. So this is the weekend review for the week that was ending on June 26 in real estate in Downtown Vancouver. Now we had a 116 new listings, we had 83 price reductions, and 58 sales. Very much what exactly we've seen for the past four weeks. Now, the total sales for this year so far what been. Again in the seventeen hundreds one no sorry sorry sorry I almost got that backwards. All the active listings in Downtown Vancouver. Again, four weeks in a row in the seventeen hundreds 1,770 active listings and so far year to date we have 1,409 sales since January 1st.
