Ian Watt: Hi, Good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver.
Doing the week in review for the week that was November 21st to
November 27th 2010 and although it look like a pretty quiet week there
were some numbers thrown out there and something happen that scewed all
our listings and I'll explain why in a second. But this week we had 81
new listings, we had 35 price reductions and 54 sales. Now the reason
why I say scewed is because some developer put 25 new listings on
Downtown. This is some pre-sale crap that nobody want it because it's
totally over price, so instead of selling them in their own sales
centered he decided to put them on the mls. 25 more listings than we
should have so I guess that will be about 56 that we should have coming
this week but instead we had 81 if my math is correct. Nonetheless, it
was a pretty good week pretty balance. If you take those 25 off. So far
year to date we've had 2,517 sales and were looking really good as far
as listing count is concern. We have 1,134 active listings in the
Downtown core. Now what I'm going to say again, what I'm gonna say again
is were definitely going to see December quiet off and a very few
listings gonna come out in December which is gonna be great for our
