New Condo Listing - 67 (or 13.4 new listings per day)
Price Changes - 40 (or 8 price changes per day)
Units Sold - 53 (or 10 sales per day)
Total Listings - 1192
Total 2010 Sales - 2419
Ian Watt: Hi, Good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Doing the week in review for the week that was
November 7th to 13th in 2010. And this is the second week in November
and obviously things are starting to slow down a bit again. But good
news things are starting to balance out of bit. What we saw was 67 new
listings, 40 price changes those things haven't change all that much
it's usually about 8 price reductions day. And then also we saw a 53
solds pretty consistent throughout the year. Now so far year to date.
We've had 2,419 sales in the Downtown core and presently on the mls
active in Yaletown, Downtown, Gastown, Coal Harbour and the West End. We
have drop under 1,200 active listings. Were at 1,192 and hopefully we
have a good push to the end because inventory is getting low. My name is
