Ian Watt: Hi,
Good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Doing the week in
review for the week that was October 24th to October 30th 2010. And as
we approach November were starting to see things cool down. What we've
seen is 76 new listings, we saw 50 price reductions and 53 sales. Again
about 10 a day but mark my words at some point this year were going to
see the new listings get worth by the sales and I think were gonna
finish up strong with ten, ten, ten everyday as far as sales are concern
but the amount of listings coming out will do. Now, so far year to date
we've had 2,316 sales and sitting today as of today on the mls we've
had 1,316 active listings and that's probably gonna shrink down as well.
