New Condo Listing - 119 (or 24 new listings per day)
Price Changes - 58 (or 12 price changes per day)
Units Sold - 57 (or 11 sales per day)
Total Listings - 1326
Total 2010 Sales - 2163
Ian Watt: Hi, Good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Doing
the week in review for the week that was October 3rd to October 9th
2010 and in the Downtown core which I always says. Gastwon, Yaletown,
West End, Coal Harbour and Downtown as far as the mls is concern. We had
119 new listings, we have 58 price reductions and 57 sales. A little
bit of more than average 11.5 or so sales per day. Not bad, were sitting
at 1,326 active listings and so far year to date we've had 2,163 sales
so far in 2010. Started at quiet down. I bet you were going to see
November and December really quiet. Might a good time to pick up a deal.
Things are still selling, it's just realtors have to work a lot harder
and you have to be a lot more patient because things are taking a lot
