Ian Watt: Hi, Good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Doing the week in review that for the weeks, two weeks because I went to Cabo for a week, The weeks from December 5th to December 18th 2010. And in the Downtown core like we always say in Downtown, Yaletown, West End and Coal Harbour. There were 95 new listings, 35 price reductions and 113 sales. Now so far year to date we have 2,671sales and right now on the market in those five areas of the Downtown core. We have 973 active listings. Probably the lowest count we've had in ten months. Pretty good pretty good. Now it is the end of the year we are wanting it down they shouldn't be too much left this last week before Christmas and then again it will fire up in January. Probably around January 15th so please keep in mind that this is going to be the last video blog of the year and also keep in mind all the new videos from January onwards are going a year in review for the first ten days and then were gonna get on with the regular market.
