Ian Watt: Hi, Good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Doing the week in review that was November 28 to December 4th in 2010 and in Gastown, Yaletown, Downtown, Coal Harbour and the West End. We had 55 new listings, 26 price reductions and 47 sales. And so far year to date we've had 2,562 sales but this is what's very intriguing for me it's because a lot of cancellations, a little bit of a push of sales at the end. But we are down to pre-olympic levels as far as inventory is concern. Right now were sitting at 1,075 listings and it's probably gonna drop and drop and drop with a lot of cancellations coming at the end of the year. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions.
