Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver doing the year in review for 2010 for False Creek North. That's basically all the Concord Pacific units and a few all the way down in front of Granville Island on the North side of False Creek has the name False Creek North. But nonetheless, I got on my cheat sheets on the dashboard yet again and we start of with the smallest unit. The smallest one was at 916 Beach part of the Meridian Hotel or it's called something new now but nonetheless it's a Hornby and Beach Avenue it was 350 square feet. Next we go to the largest one that's on Marinaside at the Crestmark that one with the penthouse and that sold that was for sorry. That one was 4,337 square feet. Now the most expensive one that sold in False Creek North in 2010. Was a Kings Landing and that one sold for 4.35 not bad. The most expensive one per square foot was also at Kings Landing it sold for a $3.7 million dollars but it sold for $1,689 dollars per square foot. Now we go to this one, this one here is the cheapest one sold in all False Creek North sold by a buddy of mine named Ezin. Good for you Ezin for bringing down the numbers in the Downtown area and that one was at a thousand Beach. That one sold for $556,000 dollars it was 1335 square feet making it $416 dollars a square foot. Pretty good deal for who ever bought that one. That's pretty much the year in review for False Creek North. But if you have any questions. My name is Ian Watt. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
