Ian Watt video blogs about how should there be any typical building problem or issues that arise at the Millennium Water Olympic Village the media may cause the building to be wrongly dubbed as a leaky condo. Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Of course every building has issues, every building has problems even brand new buildings get leaks. They got broken windows or broken seals, defect of this, broken elevators whatever. Every building has that and it doesn't matter if it's an older building or newer building they all have this issues and we always need to repair. But the problem is that with Millennium Water what were going to see is if anybody buys in Millennium Water, anybody buys in there at any little thing goes wrong the news is gonna focus on it. If one seal breaks out of that thousand windows it's gonna be dubbed as a a leaky condo when its really just a broken seal. So that's I think going to be a big black cloud above Millennium Water forever and that's one reason or another reason I probably would avoid it for now see how things go because if anything happens and it gets dubbed a leaky condo what's gonna happen is the prices are going to drop and well they should drop anyways but they're going to haver around a certain area and never be able to regain if the media jumps on to this broken seals or this or that. Whatever happens in the building is going to be under so much rootny even though that every building has problems. My name is Ian Watt if you have any questions, you can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
