Ian Watt & CondoGo's Set Marketing System Works

Ian Watt video blogs about how there are two proven marketing systems to choose from depending on the level of service you choose, either  http://www.ianwatt.ca/ or http://www.condogo.com/ and both of them sell condos fast. If there is one thing keeping your property from selling, its usually the price.  If you want to voice your opinion or if you don't care for Ian's comments please email your feedback to ianwatt@ianwatt.ca and visit http://www.ianwatt.ca/RealEstateVideos for all the Ian Watt Real Estate Video Blogs. Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. A very proud of this no matter what the prices for your condo whether it's a $300,000 dollar, 400 square foot studio or whether it's a $5,000,000 dollar penthouse in Coal Harbour it does't matter every property that we market gets the same dollars spent on marketing. It gets the same marketing methods and it gets the same attention it is a set system. That's were all about whether it's CondoGo or Ianwatt.ca. Yeah, there's two different levels of marketing depending on what your paying for. But apples to apples, oranges to oranges everybody gets the same no matter what the listing price is. Last week I was battling in out with the client he was saying the reason why his place hasn't sold was because the market. Well, that is a bit of an issue for me because last week we had seven accepted offers. Seven, they all received the same amount of marketing so it begins to open a question about price. The price is the problem now we've had a lot of showings nobody's writing an offer it is definitely the price. Seven accepted offers last week supports our marketing really works. My name is Ian Watt and if you want a price adjustments. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
