The Glamorization of the Real Estate Business isn't Reality TV
Ian Watt video blogs about the glamorization of the real estate industry doesn't depict the day to day obstacles that realtors face, nor does it educate people on how real estate should be held, invested and sold. Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it's Ian Watt
in Downtown Vancouver. I can't believe I have to say this again because I
said this so many times. But all that crap on HGTV about flipping
houses, making money and how much money realtors make and all that
glamorization of real estate is not how real estate works. Okay?
Flipping houses is dead if I get one more email about finding a place
that's under valued so they can renovate it and flip it I'm gonna kill
somebaody it is ridiculous. Those days are over and if I do find
something that is so undervalued then I could flip. I'm gonna buy it for
myself but not gonna send it out to somebody I do not know. So keep
that in mind HGTV the Glamorization of Real Estate is so far from the
truth. They should do and show that's completely about the reality of a
realtors life that what they should be doing. They shouldn't be doing
this crap about making money in real estate. Buy a place live in it or
buy a place and rented out and when your done with it sell it and
hopefully it's appreciated, hopefully you paid down your mortgage in the
meantime but stop asking me to find something for you to flip. Those
days are done it's over. Stop it please. My name is Ian Watt if you have
any questions you can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great!
