Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Doing the year in review for 2011 for Coal Harbour and in Coal Harbour in 2011 there are 333 sales. All in different price ranges. The cheapest one was at the Qube it was a fourth floor studio which is 426 square feet sold for $277,000 dollars not bad but it didn’t have a parking. The most expensive one was at Shaw Tower 1077 West Cordova and the one that there was a 41st floor was listed from $15.5 million dollars for about 7500 square feet and it eventually sold just over $10 million dollars it been listed multiple times and eventually sold for 2011 not bad though. Ten million dollars is still a good price. But the average price per square foot in 2011 in Coal Harbour was $910 dollars per square foot that’s a sold number. And it also took 58 days on average to sell a condo in Coal Harbour. That doesn’t mean that all condos sold in 58 days it means the one that sold took 58 days. And a lot of them expired were terminated and cancelled. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions about Coal Harbour. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
