Web Traffic Matters When Thinking About Selling Your Vancouver Condo

Ian Watt video blogs about how Web Traffic Matters When Thinking About Selling Your Vancouver Condo as there are no FOR SALE signs allowed for most condos and to expose your property further than the MLS.ca you need great Google rankings that bring in buyers. Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. As you know in Downtown Vancouver we don’t have the luxury of having for sale signs in front of a property so we have to be a little bit more creative when it comes to exposing a property for sale. There are really just two different demographics that we are trying to market too. One is to the realtors and one is to the web surfers and the realtors don’t worry we can totally cover them as far as marketing is concerned coz’ it goes on the mls we put photos and a great commission and it attracts realtors it’s very simple business. However trying to attract the individual is a little bit more difficult of course there’s ten thousand realtors in Vancouver and 10,000 realtors are all trying to get some google ranking. And of course we’ve been doing this for awhile so were kind of lucky we do have good rankings, google Vancouver Penthouse and chances are you’ll find us. But the thing is I was a little bit surprised myself when I was going to analytics for the past year we’ve had 1.5 million page loads in one year which is not bad but if you break that down that’s 4,000 it’s about 4,000 page load a day or almost 200 page loads on an hour not too many realtors can boast that and that’s the difference that’s why we’re successful of what we do because we can expose that property to that many more people than most realtors can. When you are hiring a realtor asked them how many page loads or how many hits or how many people visit their site everyday, every hour and that should indicate how successful they are on the web. My name is Ian Watt if you have any questions you can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
