Balance / Buyers Market Means Deals on Vancouver Condos

Ian Watt video blogs about the new Balance / Buyers Market Means Deals on Vancouver Condos but not for all properties, mostly properties with incurable defects such as no parking, or a condo with a view from the 2nd floor over looking the dumpster.  If you want to voice your opinion or if you don't care for Ian's comments please email your feedback to ianwatt@ianwatt.ca and visit http://www.ianwatt.ca/RealEstateVideos for all the Ian Watt Real Estate Video Blogs. Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Yes the market is softer now it’s turning into a balance/buyers market which means there are some deals out there and a lot of people think that they’re gonna see a huge discount in pricing. Not so much the case there are few buyers out there, there more listings out there but the deals that you gonna find are on the properties with the incurable defects and those of the property that I always say or like the second floor overlooking the dumpster or right above the garage. Those kind of things or anything without parking those kind of things are the ones that are gonna be last to sell for sure in this kind of market. However the A Class buildings, the waterfront properties and the sought after suits are definitely not going to see a 10-15% hit. That’s for sure people still want them, still people are buying out there it’s the second floor looking over the dumpster or as I like to say the incurable defects those kind of properties are gonna be the last to sell or the ones that you gonna get a deal on. My name is Ian Watt if you have any questions you can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have  a great day!
