How Much is a Vancouver Condo Worth?

   
July 15, 2013    -    What's a condo worth? Well it depends who you ask. A listing agent my tell you i.e. $500,000. The buyers agent may tell you it's $475,000. A refinance appraisal may tell you $525,000. And an appraisal for insurance may tell you $550,000. A first mortgage appraisal might say its $470,000. But the strange thing about all those appraisals is that they could all be done by the same appraiser and the results may depend on the purpose of the appraisal and who the client is. However the only way to know what the exact value of condo is to see how much someone ultimately pays for it.
