Dealing with FoRenters for my First Year in the Businesss

Ian Watt video blogs about his first year as a realtor and how he wasted so much time with "FoRenters" - FoRenter defintion is someone who has the economic means to own real estate but chooses to be a renter for their entire life (Forever Renters). If you want to voice your opinion or if you don't care for Ian's comments please email your feedback to ianwatt@ianwatt.ca and visit http://www.ianwatt.ca/RealEstateVideos for all the Ian Watt Real Estate Video Blogs.

Ian Watt : Hi good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. When I first started in the business you start working with anybody who give you their phone number and their time. It's pretty amazing what we do when we first get in to the business. But overtime, you started to realize who the foRenters are. The foRenter is a term I've come up with for people who have the economic means who will forever rent. And I drove these foRenters around day and day out for my first year in real estate. Until I learned what a foRenter was. Now the thing is, these people always believe that they're gonna be right, that they won't make money in real estate. But nobody's ever lost money in Vancouver Real Estate for holding on to a property for over 25 years and living in it. You got to live somewhere. So I've getting, I've gotten really good at picking out the foRenters over the years. And now people have to rent for different reasons. You know, not everyone can buy but if you do have the economic means and you're still not buying that means you are a foRenter. My name is Ian Watt. If you want to discuss real estate or being a foRenter. You can always email meat ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
