How NOT To Sell A Penthouse in Downtown Vancouver

Ian Watt video blogs about how a realtor (who is licensed to sell in Downtown Vancouver but is not from a Downtown office) has placed a lockbox on the city bike rack about 10 minutes away from the penthouse that he is trying to sell because the strata bylaws state that no lockboxes are to be used at that unnamed building. This could be a huge factor why this Vancouver penthouse still hasn't sold. Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, its Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. I think it's very interesting. That is a lockbox and what a lockbox is. Is a digital kind of case to house a key. A key for an apartment, see what happened is this guy is not a Downtown realtor and the building which he is selling the penthouse to. Doesn't allow lockboxes on at most buildings do not for anyone to view this penthouse you have to go all the way over on to Beatty's street right by BC Stadium about 10 minutes away to get this lockbox open it up so you can view the penthouse on Seymour street. Really interesting, way to market and service your clients and obviously it's not doing the job because this place is been for sale for a very very long time. My name is Ian watt and if you have any questions. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
