Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver.
Yes I'm wearing a tie which means I went to court today. It was 1950
Robson the foreclosure that wins the court today. Now it did take a
long time to get this done. We had to amend some contacts and amend the
purchase agreement. Now the owner which is the owner occupied space the
actually owner was in court he did protest to try and buy some time I
should say and what did happen is we gave him two weeks to redeem all
his mortgages pay off his property taxes and pay off his maintenance
fees or any other charges. And if he does in two weeks it goes back to
the owner. However, if he does not the new purchasers takes over two
weeks there after. My name is Ian watt. You want to discuss
foreclosures. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
