Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, its Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Very interesting to see what's going on right now. The Canadian Real Estate Association and the Competition Bureau in Canada are kind of a bit at war right now. The Competition Bureau wants to open up the MLS to everybody so if you are not working with the realtor you can list your place on the MLS for a fee. Which is very interesting I don't really care one way of the other because I think realtors were always have their place and different variants of a services or definitely in necessity in this world. There's so many different demographics and some wanna go for a free, someone wanted fizz I guess with have the power of the MLS and some people want full service. You only think that I think it's gonna be dangerous is one one time, some guy thinks he knows what he's doing another realtors gonna come in there and represent the buyer and the seller is gonna get screwed by signing something. They don't understand what they're signing and that's going to be a bit of a problem. I hope they don't hold that the other realtor responsible when that for sale by owner who's selling it through the MLS has no clue of what's going on. It's going to be very interesting to see what happens. But it's totally out of my hands. So if MLS is open up to the general public that's the way it is. I just have to work on my service. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions. you can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
