I should even have to tell you this but, the most common mistakes most people make when they're listing their home or choosing their realtor is by choosing the realtor, who quotes the highest dollar for their condo or their house. It's called buying the listing, realtors do it all the time they say what the clients want to hear, they sign on a dotted line and then we hammer you later, later, later for price reductions. Find the person who has the best expertise, the best knowledge, the best marketing plan and the best service. But never ever ever ever choose any realtor based on the price that they're quoting you. Anyone could make up a CMA, market analysis that scewed one way or the other. And your just connect and up for selling on what's going to sell for in the first place. My name is Ian Watt.
