The Olympics Are Over and Its Real Estate Business As Usual In Downtown Vancouver

Ian Watt video blogs about how during the Olympic break, the Downtown Vancouver condo market was a little quieter than usual as most people were enjoying the festivities and not real estate focused during this time. However, its the first day back and people are excited about real estate in Downtown Vancouver and its business as usual. Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, its Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. The Olympics just finished yesterday, it's been an exciting time for everybody in Downtown Vancouver. But it's back to business. Today we spent the whole morning in BC's Supreme Court dealing with a foreclosure situation where representing a purchaser, were also representing the lender as well. So that's have been extremely busy took up the whole morning. On top of that we have been running around with clients all afternoon looking at properties and now it's back to the office to make sure we can get the CMA's put together for CondoGo as well. It's been a extremely day, lots of fun. It's good to see people are back to business in Downtown Vancouver. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions on what's going on in the Downtown Real Estate Market in condos in particular. You could always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
