Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt to Downtown Vancouver. Just driving down Howe Street heading down to Beach Avenue. I got to tell you that right now is a significant opportunity to people to buy studios and one bedrooms. We saw in the paper the other day and I actually blogged about it. Is that studios are getting fifty plus people to line up at the door Downtown Vancouver for rent for renters it's a great time to pick up some properties and one place that I think is fantastic place to purchase is Spectrum condos. Spectrum is actually in Downtown Vancouver right beside GM Place they're four towers but there are 78 listings in there and the kicker is there's only been one sale in Spectrum this month. So if I were you and your thinking of picking up a rental property something you know you can write out for a long long time because it is right near the sky train area right near GM place and the Library go down there and start low balling everybody pick up a studio one persons gonna came and your gonna get a great deal.
