Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt in Coal Harbour in Downtown Vancouver. Right now I'm at the Flatiron a building that you saw a few minutes ago it's still under construction. It's really unique it's tiny little building model after the Flatiron in New York city. And with a bit of a modern edge to it. There's still a few minutes left. There's only two units per floor.
