Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. I had a three million dollar penthouse listed for sale. We had multiple offers or I shouldn't say multiple offers it's got a wrong connotation. We had three different offers come in at different time. Unfortunately the situation was the building actually restrict pets. And that is the damnest thing I've eve heard in my life. Maybe ten years ago when Downtown wasn't really Downtown. And now that it's in urban metropolis and it's vibrant, it's one of the few cities in North America that really embraced urban living. you cannot restrict it because Downtown Vancouver has turned in to dog city. everybody has a dog and this building here refuses to allow dog. Which is ridiculous. So if you are a part of a strata that restricts having dogs in your premises. Your cutting so many people who want to live in Downtown Vancouver. So my suggestion is go up against your strata change it and show them that the facts, that the dog prohibition is actually hurting their sales in their building. My name is Ian Watt. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
