Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. I'm actually in Yaletown right now. Just driving up home our street and part of being a realtors doing all the little things behind the scenes. I just spend two hours at the city hall waiting for three documents that say that my clients maybe able to convert there space to live work and that does mean that they can but I just spend two hours there just to get the documents for them to apply for it. It's unbelievable all the work that goes in in behind the scenes then I probably talk to my clients for about 20 minutes and they think its really quite simple. However there's a lot of time that goes into every process, every deal that happens behind the scenes. So if you want to be a realtor. Be prepare to work a lot just on your own doing all the ground work just to make a deal happen. My name is Ian Watt. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
