Vancouver on this rainy spring day. Now I wanna explain if you're going
to buy some real estate always great to work with the realtors
especially someone you trust and you can be honest with. Now, the
problem here is if you are working with 2,3 or 4 realtors that's when
things get a little sticky. Now, my suggestion is that if you want me
to be honest with you, you should be honest with me. If you're gonna
work with another realtor go ahead work with them. And I won't waste my
time and I won't wate your time either. But don't call me directly if
you have a realtor working for you. Don't ask me for showings if you're
going to go back and work with another realtor. It's a waste of
everyone's time and if you're gonna lie to me, it's not the basis for
